Terms and Conditions – 8ebet Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using the 8ebet platform — available at 8ebet.click — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you, the user, and 8ebet. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the platform. Continued use of the services after updated versions of these terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To create and maintain an account on 8ebet, the user must:

• Not be serving a self-exclusion period on any regulated betting platform.
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an 8ebet employee.

Only one is allowed one account per CPF at 8ebet. Creating duplicate accounts may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts linked to the same user, with possible retention of balances pending a fraud review.

8ebet carries out identity verification processes (Know Your Customer – KYC) as required by Brazilian gambling regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9.613/1998).

To process withdrawals or when certain transaction limits are reached, we may request the following documents:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or Passport) – front and back.

Deposits are only accepted from bank accounts or digital wallets whose holder matches the CPF registered on your 8ebet account. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended for verification.

Withdrawals on 8ebet are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. Pix is the primary withdrawal method due to its speed and round-the-clock availability.

Conditions applicable to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) may have withdrawals subject to additional review.
• The average Pix processing time is 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with regulatory requirements.

8ebet does not charge any fees on withdrawals made via Pix. For any other withdrawal methods that may become available, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the platform at the time of the request.

8ebet periodically offers welcome bonuses, reloads, free bets, and other promotions to eligible users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which must be read and accepted before activation.

General rules applicable to all 8ebet bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted into bets in accordance with the rollover requirement specified in each promotion.
• The standard rollover requirement is 5x (five times) the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Only bets with odds equal to or greater than 1,50 count toward the bonus rollover requirement, unless otherwise stated.
• Cancelled, voided, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the bonus rollover.
• Bonuses have an expiry date as specified in each promotion's terms. Once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically removed.
• 8ebet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of fraudulent use or suspected promotion abuse.

Each eligible user may redeem each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Participation in promotions is subject to full identity verification. Accounts without approved KYC are not eligible to redeem bonuses or withdraw earnings derived from promotions.

8ebet offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, and other leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, e-sports, Formula 1, and other sports available on the platform.

General betting rules at 8ebet:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available and used by the user before the event ends.
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits vary by market and will be displayed in the interface before confirmation.
• Results are settled based on official data from the governing bodies of each competition – CBF for Brazilian football, UFC for MMA bouts, LNB for the NBB, among others.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled before the end of regulation time, bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance, unless specific rules apply for a given market.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be considered void, unless placed under the live betting format, which is governed by its own specific rules.
• For live betting, odds may be temporarily suspended during key moments of an event, such as penalty kicks, VAR reviews, or breaks between sets.

8ebet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amounts for users who show systematic patterns of exploiting odds errors. Bets placed as a result of clear odds errors will be voided and the staked amount refunded.

8ebet offers casino games including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and live tables with dealers in Portuguese. All games are provided by licensed suppliers and audited by independent laboratories that certify the randomness of results.

• Systematically exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors to obtain undue gains.
• Using third-party credit cards or bank accounts to make deposits.
• Submitting false documents or incorrect information during the KYC or registration process.

8ebet continuously monitors platform activity to detect irregular usage patterns. Any identified prohibited conduct will trigger an investigation, withdrawal suspension, and possible permanent account closure, with notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

8ebet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

8ebet's total liability to the user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.
